Chamber of Commerce of East Palestine, Ohio Meeting Minutes February 19, 2009, brought to order at 7:02 pm I-Welcome A- Directors in attendance: Don, Tim, Dianna, Julie, Melissa & Kerri B- Directors Absent: Kelly, Endia II-Approval of January Minutes-No Questions, No Comments, No Changes III-Old Business A- Community Watch-Next meeting, Wednesday, March 4th @ 7pm B- Spotlight on 3-March speakers: CSI, Endia Wisser Photography, Mackalls C- Advertising-Anyone interested in the Comcast or Froggy advertising, contact Kerri C- Bulldog Project-TV ad aired on Sunday( 2-15)-a request was madefor Education & Merchant Bulldogs. E- Fourth of July-no update F- Membership-Chamber goal to have over 100 business members in 09 G- Fundraising-no add’l at this time H- Bells-The Church of Christ has bells to chime, Don Hoyle to work with them to get the bells working again. I- Community Sign-will be erected once weather breaks J- Leslie Run Estate Project- meeting on February 19th @ 7pm, Bea’s Insurance K- Fire Hydrants-Forms to be handed out at March meeting for volunteers & Sponsors L- Bi-Laws-No updates M- Turkey Trot-08 huge success, Chamber received funds from Morning Journal N- Farmers Market-No update IV-New Business A- Home Tour Craft Show at Our Lady of Lourdes Hall-On table for Committee to organize B- Membership Decals 2009-Ordered, due in a week or two C- Captain Taggart Auction-Tuesday Night 6pm V-Speakers A- Aflac-Matthew White, Krissy & Tom a.
